BOARD MEMBERS

Gina von Damm started bringing cosplayers to children’s hospitals in 2014, when she was the Event Lead for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life of Davis fundraising event. She continued to lead monthly visits under the auspices of other groups until she founded her own in 2018. She is passionate about giving back to the community and sharing hope because of her own battles with cancer, where she learned the importance of having a support network during times of crisis. She believes that no one should have to battle a life challenge alone and that hope can conquer the darkest moment. As President and Founder of CAUSEplay for Hope, Gina plans to continue to champion her cause to inspire the community through acts of kindness and compassion.
